DEI Grow the Good in Business™ Case Competition
The DEI Grow the Good in Business™ Case Competition challenges students to find creative solutions to real-life cases through the power of business – revealing new pathways to address issues impacting daily life ranging from pay equity and job discrimination, to representation in leadership, individual biases and systemic inequities.
Through shared learning, the competition builds greater awareness and understanding of how respect for human dignity is foundational to a flourishing society.
As educators of future business leaders, the Mendoza College of Business therefore has a responsibility to provide both formal and experiential learning opportunities, like this competition, to demonstrate the value of creating an environment that promotes mutual advancement.
