With 16 years of experience, he has worked closely with the firm's most prestigious clients in developing and executing intricate global strategies pertaining to global mobility and tax planning for their global rewards program. Dinesh has experience with a wide-range of clients across multiple industries with a focus on tax, global rewards, global mobility, and HR programs in the consumer goods, pharmaceuticals, financial services, technology, and automotive industry. Dinesh holds the responsibility of leading teams across 80 countries, providing tailored solutions to address cross-border tax and social security challenges, global rewards management, talent acquisition, M&A tax, international assignment policy, change management, tax technology implementation, and various other global HR matters for KPMG's Fortune 500 clients.

Dinesh holds a Master of Science in Accountancy and Bachelor in Business Administration in Accounting from The University of Notre Dame.
