Kimberly Green Reeves

Kimberly Green Reeves, MPA is a well-known thought leader on health equity and change theory, with a proven track record of driving process improvement and workforce development. She is currently the Executive Director of Community Impact at Beacon Health System, where she is responsible for managing health outreach efforts and ensuring effective, equitable, and sustainable models and processes are in place to prevent disease and promote health in communities. Kimberly has extensive experience in directing community health-focused operations, creating effective community-based health initiatives, and carrying out grant renewal and grant acquisition activities. Her expertise in exploring the underlying causes of socio-economic barriers makes her an invaluable asset to the healthcare community.
Kimberly holds a Master of Public Administration from Indiana University South Bend and Bachelor of Arts degrees from Holy Cross College in Indiana. She is also a 2025 Executive Master of Business Administration candidate from the University of Notre Dame. Additionally, she has demonstrated her well-developed leadership skills and creativity by organizing, developing, and providing administrative guidance for program effectiveness in various roles.
