Laurèn Akainyah

Laurèn Akainyah is a dynamic sales professional with a focus on servant leadership and bringing enthusiasm and a strategic mindset to every situation. She is currently the Vice President of the Diverse & Emerging Markets Channel at ADP where she is responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to support emerging markets. In her 15 years in sales, she has been successful as an individual contributor, a leader and in her current role she facilitates a program designed to provide data, resources, funding and services to Diverse Owned businesses in an effort to provide pathways to long term sustainability. 

Laurèn was born and raised in Chicago, attended the Jacob’s School of Music at Indiana University and currently lives in Chicago with her husband Uzoma, daughter Noelle and ‘dogter’ London. When she isn’t working, Laurèn can be found tending to her plants, gaming or spending time with her family.
