Stephanie Hamsher

Stephanie serves as Manager, Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion at the South Bend-Elkhart Regional Partnership. She collaborates with various organizations and initiatives to ensure DEI principles are integrated into all aspects of economic development efforts, ultimately leading to an increase in minority household incomes and per capita personal income for the region’s residents. Prior to joining the South Bend – Elkhart Regional Partnership in 2024, Stephanie was the Development Engagement Manager with Techbridge Girls, an organization that seeks to engage girls in STEM fields by developing culturally responsive curricula.

Stephanie holds a Masters of Nonprofit Leadership and Management from Arizona State University. She also earned her Project Management Professional Certification through The Project Management Institute.
