Shannon Carstens

Shannon Carstens is a partner with KPMG’s audit practice with over 25 years of experience. She focuses on companies in the professional services and technology industries. In addition to her client facing work, Shannon is invested in making KPMG a great place to work through her focus on talent, culture and inclusion initiatives. She is the co-chair of the KPMG Network of Women BRG, a member of the KPMG National Audit Culture & Inclusion Leadership Council, a cohort leader for the KPMG Women’s Leadership Summit and a KPMG Culture Catalyst. In front of both internal and external audiences, Shannon has interviewed keynote speakers, moderated panels and spoken on such topics as return to work, the importance of and how to support your corporate culture, executive presence, networking and making the case for culture and inclusion.
